Betaling

DAYS APS modtager betaling med Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard og JCB. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes.

Alle beløb er i DKK/EUR. Danske kroner/EURO og er incl. moms.

DAYS APS bruger en godkendt betalingsserver, der krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at man ikke kan aflæse dine informationer.

Fortrydelsesret

Der er 14 dages returret på varerne, regnet fra den dag de modtages. Hvis du vælger at fortryde et køb, skal du blot returnere varen i væsentligt samme stand og mængde som du modtog den. Når varen er modtaget retur og godkendt, refunderes købsprisen + forsendelsesomkostninger til din konto indenfor få dage. Omkostninger til returnering skal du selv afholde. For praktiske detaljer – se punktet ”Reklamation og varereturnering”.

Levering

JIMMY BIRDY sørger for levering med DHL eller PostNord til modtager på den dato der er ønsket i bestillingen. Rettidig levering forudsætter dog at DHL eller PostNord overholder deres normale deadlines – 1-3 dage efter afsendelse. Såfremt der opstår forsinkelser hos DHL eller PostNord , vil dette tilsvarende forsinke leverancen i forhold til den ønskede leveringsdato. JIMMY BIRDY kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelser hos DHL eller PostNord.

 

Reklamationsret

JIMMY BIRDY yder 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven, omfattende fabrikations- og materialefejl, der konstateres ved varens normale anvendelse. Reklamationsretten dækker ikke fejl, skader eller slitage, direkte eller indirekte opstået som følge af forkert betjening, ringe vedligeholdelse, vold eller uautoriserede indgreb. Reklamation over fejl og mangler, som bør opdages ved sædvanlig undersøgelse af varen, skal meddeles JIMMY BIRDY indenfor rimelig tid. Varen kan efterfølgende returneres for reparation, ombytning eller efter aftale evt. kreditering. I forbindelse med reklamationssager afholder JIMMY BIRDY returneringsomkostninger i rimeligt omfang.

Varereturnering foregår også til denne adresse – bemærk at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav. Returnering kan også ske ved at nægte modtagelse eller aflevere varen personligt hos os. Det er ikke et krav men ekspeditionen fremmes, hvis fyldestgørende informationer følger pakken – eksempelvis kopi af ordrebekræftelse, registreringsnummer og kontonummer for bankkonto hvortil refusion kan foregå, kopi af evt. forudgående korrespondance mv.

Refusion

I tilfælde af aftalte dekorter, returnerede varer eller forudbetalte varer som afbestilles før afsendelse, skal der ske en hel eller delvis refusion af købesummen. Refusion sker normalt altid ved bankoverførsel, og JIMMY BIRDY har derfor brug for oplysninger om registreringsnummer og kontonummer for din bankkonto. Disse oplysninger er ikke følsomme, og kan uden videre oplyses pr. email eller anden traditionel korrespondanceform.

Payment

JIMMY BIRDY receives payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort along with other international credit cards. The payment will not be deducted from you account until the item has dispatched.
Right of withdrawal

The products are sold with a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of reception. Should you choose to withdraw a purchase, simply return the goods in the same general condition and quantity as you received it. When the goods have been returned, received and approved the purchase price is refunded to your account within a few days. Return costs are incurred by you. For information on the practical details, please see ”Complaints and return of goods”.
Delivery

JIMMY BIRDY takes care of delivery through DHL or PostNord to the receiver on the date specified in the order. However, timely delivery is based on the condition that
DHL or PostNord keeps their deadlines in delivering 1-5 days after goods as been send. JIMMY BIRDY can not be held responsible for delays with
DHL or PostNord. In case of very delayed (several days) or missing deliveries JIMMY BIRDY will naturally send a new delivery free of charge.

JIMMY BIRDY encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorized persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Privacy

No registered personal information JIMMY BIRDY will at any time be distributed, sold or made available to a third party. All information is kept safe and is only available to trusted staff of JIMMY BIRDY.

In connection with electronic payment, a more safe and encrypted method is used through the web shop system. It is an approved provider with an e-mark approval.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to control the contents of the shopping basket. A cookie is simply the designation for a file which is saved on your own computer. Furthermore, it is possible to ask the system to save your own address information for the next visit. If you want to delete this information later on, you can do so through the browser settings. In Internet Explorer for instance, this is done from the “Tools” menu > “Internet Options”.

During a purchase we ask you to provide us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is only used to process the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in a non-encrypted format and is saved for five years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not saved at JIMMY BIRDY in a way where you can logon and view / change status later on.

Also, we save the IP address from which the purchase is made. This information is normally not used but could be useful in a possible police investigation. All false orders are reported to the police!
Also, you can choose to have your e-mail address registered on a mailing list at JIMMY BIRDY so that you continuously receive news and other information from JIMMY BIRDY. You can always register and unregister for this service according to your own wish.

Cf. the data protection act we disclose registered information at request and on the basis of possible objections we perform deletion to the extent desired.

Right to complaint

JIMMY BIRDY provides a two years’ right to complaint according to the Sale of Goods Act covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, owing directly or indirectly to wrong use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations. Complaints regarding defects registered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to JIMMY BIRDY within reasonable time. Subsequently, the item may be returned for repair, exchange or, following agreement, possible credit. In connection with complaints JIMMY BIRDY incurs the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returned goods must also be sent to this address– please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Returns can also be made by refusing delivery or by delivering the item to us personally. It is not a requirement that the package is accompanied by adequate information, however, this will often be of great help – for instance a copy of the order confirmation, the registration and account number of the bank account to which the refund should be made, a copy of possible previous correspondence, etc.

Refunds

In case of agreed deductions or prepaid goods cancelled prior to dispatch, a complete or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunding normally always takes place by means of bank transfers and JIMMY BIRDY therefore needs information about your bank account’s registration and account number. This information is not sensitive and can simply be sent via e-mail or other traditional means of correspondence.
